After several quotes, we chose Helma (Mohammad). The first week went ok: they removed the bathroom and tidied up well. Then it went downhill. Measurements were off, leading to rework. The back-to-wall toilet was too high, they tried to fix it and caused a leak, ruining downstairs ceiling and flooring. They promised to fix cracks and water marks on the ceiling but didn't. Claimed they could do mitre tiling, turns out they couldn't. Left a mess, had frequent absences with late notice. Said 2-3 weeks; took 6 weeks. The bathroom looks good, but finishing is poor.
