“My back chimney seemingly started to crumble with large bits of render falling off down to ground and causing me a lot of concern. I contacted Henson roofing and Bobby came round very quickly to look at the situation and give me an initial idea of the works needed. I was so reassured by his obvious knowledge and experience and that my chimney was not about to fall down completely. Throughout, Bobby has been clear with communicating what was happening and when. Everything from scaffolding going up and coming down again was well organised. Bobby completed the work in the estimated timescales and made sure that I was involved and informed throughout. I was so impressed with the quality of work done and felt in safe hands throughout. I would thoroughly recommend Henson Roofing.”
“I am very happy with the work done by Bobby Henson. I needed plastic fascias front and back and a downpipe adjusted. He listened carefully and studied the roof. Then he explained what needed to be done and how, why and when he'd do it. As he tackled each section he came and told me what he was about to do and how he was going to do it. When finished he'd discuss how it went and check that I was satisfied. He did the same with each section, so I always knew what he was doing, and and I was encouraged to examine it when finished. This was very reassuring. He also put right any rough work done by previous roofers, and treated a leak from my loft fan. I think he did a brilliant job and am happy to recommend Henson Roofing to others.”

It was a long process but worth the wait, as it was a big job.Bobby went through all the details with us and any changes discussed first. Bobby is very approachable.Job well done. Well recommended. Thank you again, Bobby. Work finished February 2020.
After suffering a leaking roof following a loft conversion that had been impossible to diagnose, I got quotes for replacement of part of my roof as it was nearing 70 years old and in a poor state. Bobby came out and explained the work that would need doing while also providing a competitive quote, especially when compared to roofers from out of London who wanted a premium based on their quotes. The work was completed in a timely manner and every day Bobby invited me to have a look at the work as the job progressed, explaining what they needed to do and why. It left me feeling at ease with the work being done as I could understand the approach they were taking and also why the roof had been leaking in the first place. They also corrected issues I was having with another skylight that hadn't been fitted properly. The finished job is very tidy and dry keeps the house dry. They left everything clean and my gutters emptied. I can't rate Bobby and Richard highly enough for their work.
Bobby took on the difficult job in February of replacing all the insulation on our box gutter. It was ten days hard work and he did not miss a day. he was determined to finish the work He also provided pictures and kindly helped with pointing up some loose mortar for us

Bobby was very easy to deal with, and explained everything thoroughly. He seemed to offer good advice, rather than suggest works that would have cost more and were not needed. I had a repair done to my flat roof, and it has appeared to have done the job. I would recommend Bobby.
Bobby turned up promptly and provided a reasonably priced quote. When he undertook the work he was efficient, especially given the hot temperatures we are experiencing at the present time. He was keen to ensure that the work was undertaken properly and that I was happy with what had been done. Am happy to recommend his roofing services.
Bobby is very personable, and easy to deal with. He explained every part of the process as he replaced our large flat roof. The job looks great and Bobby is meticulous and thoughtful. Also did great job keeping things tidy.
I had a very small job that needed doing but Bobby was more than happy to take this on and did a very good job. I was not able to be there when he was working on it but he sent pictures once done and even took the time to provide additional feedback on the roof meaning I did not have to spend more money unnecessarily.
Bobby has done several bits of work for us. He is always, friendly, helpful and works really hard. I would recommend him without hesitation.

I have a pitched roof (which brings its own problems) and have had issues with it for the past 25 years with contractors either not wanting to look at the work and problems or have done sub-standard work, which has resulted in further problems. Then I found Bobby who initially came to look at the issues and, surprised me completely by taking photos of all the areas on the roof where the problems were. This in itself impressed me, as I am a project manager and this is indicative of a true professional who actually goes through the issues with you and then proposes the solution on how he will complete the repairs. Then, the following Saturday the works were done. It was that simple. Bobby is professional, courteous, pleasant and completely honest and it was a pleasure to have him help me out.
Excellent service. Bobby is honest, friendly,efficient, no job too small. He arrived on time. He checked the job first, then discussed his findings. I am 100% happy with his work and will be recommending him to others as well.
