“Had some broken guttering and downpipes which were allowing rainwater down the exterior walls of the house. I called Herald, and they came round first thing to give a very reasonable quote, which another builder said they couldn't work too. But they did, and did a fantastic job as well! All completed in a couple of hours with the minimum of fuss. Really pleased with their work and happy to recommend them...”
“Harold Property Care carried out work for us recently, which included replacing our roof and we were very pleased with the standard of the work and the handling of the job. Communication was excellent and we were updated on a daily basis. The crew were excellent and worked non stop to complete the job in the timescale. We were also impressed that the scaffolding and skip used were installed/arrived as scheduled and more importantly removed as soon as the work was completed.”

No-one yearns after a new roof. It’s costly, noisy, disruptive and time consuming. However it comes to all property at some stage. So the important thing is to find a company that is fair, provides good value, is efficient, responds constructively to customer needs and cracks on to minimise the fuss. Herald did all this in spades; the only hiccup was the weather (beyond even Tom’s control). His teams worked hard and effectively, his work system minimises the need for optional equipment (which adds to costs), whilst being effective and the house was always protected from the vagaries of the wea

Assolutamente bravi !! (absolutely good) changed my 30/35 sqmt. flat roof, plus other jobs on one part of the tiled roof. Very professional and punctual. Definitively recommended if you have to do any similar job. Job done in North Harrow

Tom and his team at Herald re-felted, battoned and tiled my pitched roof, pointed and flashed the chimney stack. They recovered the flat roof on my extension and replaced the capstones. The work was carried out to a very high standard. They started when agreed, finished on time, leaving the site clean and tidy. At a competitive price. I would definitely recommend this company.

Tom, Harri and team were great. The main work was to re-render and pebbledash the side of the house. Also repairs to garage roof and other external painting jobs. Work was very high quality with attention to detail. and area left spotlessly clean after. Tom was very accessible and always discussed options or queries immediately. Very helpful, friendly and professional.

Tom, Hari and his team were helpful and informative on the work needed to be done and carrying it out efficiently. The new ridge tiles blend in well with the rest of the roof and the work was completed in good time.

Tom and team did an excellent job on retiling my roof and recovering my flat roof. They came on time and work each day to the finish, which was as indicated. They left my place clean and tidy. The price was competitive and there were no extras. I, would recommend them to anybody.
