Had some broken guttering and downpipes which were allowing rainwater down the exterior walls of the house. I called Herald, and they came round first thing to give a very reasonable quote, which another builder said they couldn't work too. But they did, and did a fantastic job as well! All completed in a couple of hours with the minimum of fuss. Really pleased with their work and happy to recommend them...

No-one yearns after a new roof. It’s costly, noisy, disruptive and time consuming. However it comes to all property at some stage. So the important thing is to find a company that is fair, provides good value, is efficient, responds constructively to customer needs and cracks on to minimise the fuss. Herald did all this in spades; the only hiccup was the weather (beyond even Tom’s control). His teams worked hard and effectively, his work system minimises the need for optional equipment (which adds to costs), whilst being effective and the house was always protected from the vagaries of the wea

Harold Property Care carried out work for us recently, which included replacing our roof and we were very pleased with the standard of the work and the handling of the job. Communication was excellent and we were updated on a daily basis. The crew were excellent and worked non stop to complete the job in the timescale. We were also impressed that the scaffolding and skip used were installed/arrived as scheduled and more importantly removed as soon as the work was completed.

We recently used the services of herald property care for a full roof replacement, The team was always on time worked very hard and completed the job with in the time scale agreed and the end result was fabulous. Site was left clean and communication was great from start to finish.

My first dealings with this company. I found Tom very professional and he gave a detailed quote of the work required, backing it up with photos he had taken. I was impressed with the quality of the work and the cleanup job that was done after completion

Very polite and hard working team who completed the agreed job to a very high standard.When completed ensured that all rubbish was taken away and the property was left clean and tidy.
