Poor time keeping. Cancelled 3 times when he did come he left in 10mins replacing parts and some air spray on my oven. Only found out engineer is not arriving when I phone up. Flame still not there so was pointless. Didn't introduce himself when he came.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. My floor was damaged as a result of engineer trying to fix my broken washing machine. Nevertheless, he asked me to help him put washing machine back in. I didn't think it was right for many different reasons, therefore I put a formal complaint. Here domestic repairs Ltd manager called me to discuss the complaint. From the first second, he was very defensive saying that the damage was caused by damp, even though I complained that floors are deeply scratched and scratches are not caused by damp.

Fridge freezer tripping electrics - appliance was checked & was not worth repairing as parts cost same as buying brand new appliance. Recommendations were made. Old appliance was also taken away for us. Very pleased with overall experience from start to finish. Prompt communication at all times. Would recommend to friends & family.

Mo came on Tues, assessed machine. Identified faults and ordered parts. I asked for an early call on Fri morning. Lee arrived at 7.20. Both men were very thorough, explained what they were doing. Both were very friendly and professional.

The worst company I have dealt with for any kind of repair From the engineers poor timekeeping and lying about calling me when he didn’t to the office not calling back and saying they were just about to call me when I call, got my refund back thankfully for the initial call out which all they seem interested in A bad experience overall!

Failed to keep two successive appointments, where a one-hour time slot was agreed. On both occasions, rang with apologies including saying they were in traffic - but no sign of them, TWO hours after the appointment.

Mo was fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgeable and able to fix the machine quickly!

Our Miele dishwasher was running cold and showing an error message. Guys from Here arrived within about an hour of posting, diagnosed the problem and ordered new heat pump. Replaced it early the following week- so far working well.
