"Ryan arrived promptly at the time promised, and listened carefully to the symptoms we had been experiencing with the stairlift. He spent some time investigating and explaining as he went along. Found lots of problems our previous company had either ignored or overlooked. Suggested, without any pressure, possible additional work to improve reliability, and promised a quotation. He ensured everything was working properly and that I was completely satisfied before leaving. Charge for the work was very reasonable. An exemple of how maintenance companies ought to be but, sadly, rarely are. 10/10."
