Guy came round when he said he would, went above and beyond by picking up tiles on our behalf (no car) and worked fast and clean.
Ian and Ali were super friendly and did everything in the timeframe planned, and the end result looks good overall. The tiles are generally even. My one wish-it-was-better is the finishing touches - for instance, the trim on the splashback has sharp edges and isn't even, which detracts from the impression of quality.
