I called far too early on a Saturday morning and he had the curtesy to call me back an hour later and talk me through re starting my oil boiler. He was extremely helpful, patient and above all gave me his time (on a phone call) to explain how to reset. This is one of those moments when faith is restored in the world and specifically in the kindness of people! He went over and above to help me and I cannot thank him enough. And he came with a sense of humour! The problem was solved - the most excellent and unexpected service.”
