We recently had several tiles and ridge sections replaced by Jack and his Team and were very pleased with the service provided. The work was arranged promptly, including organising the scaffolding, and everything was completed well within the agreed timeframe. The team were punctual , reliable, professional, and clearly took pride in their work, ensuring the repairs were carried out to a very high standard. Communication with Jack was excellent throughout — clear, responsive, and reassuring from start to finish. A fair and efficient service that we would not hesitate to recommend.
