The whole process was very professional, whilst also being made to feel a valued customer. The sales team were always available if I had any questions, and the guys on site were on time, polite and kept me informed of progress.

From the initial point of contact (which was via a recommendation), to the initial quotation, the site survey and the work being carried out, the professionalism, communication and quality of product and service from everyone at High-Tech Roofing Limited has been excellent. High-Tech Roofing Limited were contracted to replace a 15 year old felt roof installation on a garage and porch with their recommended product - which required jointing/finishing solutions where it abutted an adjacent property - which they completed to a first class standard! They were punctual when starting and finishing and clean and tidy with all new and old materials. I would have no hesitation in recommending!

Pleasure dealing with the whole team, quick reliable and professional. We had someone visit, explain the product and process and provide me with a quote there and then. No pressure sales just friendly and informative. Once we gave the go ahead the office was quick to book us in and organise a survey with the work carried out a few days later. Installers were polite, professional and clean, and did a great job - would definitely use again and happy to recommend

High-Tech have carried out roof work on our house in the past and recently replaced our Conservatory roof. All the work has been of the highest standard. The workers have been true professionals and we have never had any cause to complain. Their membrane roofing is magnificent. Work was completed quickly in just over 2 days which was good , Price came in at nearly twice the quote but didn't turn out to be a simple job and the insulation was upgraded whilst the roof was off , had been warned prior to installation that It could cost more depending on what was found underneath the existing felt , and what was found wasn't good - The installation team were friendly and knew what they were doing and also cleared up and removed and disposed of all the old roof . Scaffolders were also very friendly and helpful too which was a bonus after having had a bad experience with previous scaffolders we used . It was a difficult house to do as all scaffolding and materials including the old roof had to be removed through the house itself as we have no rear access to our garden - Cant say yet whether the leaky roof was fixed as we haven't had any real heavy rain since installation, but so far so good and I am not anticipating any issues .

It was a pleasure to have them here. All questions and queries were dealt with. Also whilst here advised and explained fault on another part of the roof which lead to me have that work done too at a later date. It was costly but the quality and guarantee reflected the cost

The persons completing the work were a subcontracting business, Robson Roof Repairs. There were two persons completing what they considered themselves as a small job, which took them a couple of hours. The people were friendly, efficient, communicative, the price being reasonable

In July High Tech completed a renovation of my ageing conservatory by converting it to a flat roof with a lantern. The job was nothing short of excellent, from the consultation process with Rick to the actual demolition and rebuild by Dave and Brad and the team. They worked tirelessly in blistering heat and completed the work very professionally and on schedule. The team kept the site tidy and when they left they cleaned up so you wouldn’t have known they had worked there. We are extremely pleased with the end result and would thoroughly recommend High Tech
