“From the beginning of the job ie quotes and planning/co-ordination from the office, to the work itself and the finished roof, the job went as smoothly and as stress free as is possible. The guys who did the work, in particular James and Billie (but also Dave and Cole) were so considerate, polite, and professional and most importantly of all did a really good job. I couldn’t be happier. Such a relief after years of a leaking roof to now having a brand new roof with all the requisite buildings regulations and guarantees. I couldn’t recommend highly enough.”

The installation team and team were polite, clean and professional and the work done looks good. Even the small issue over the colouring of the frames was dealt with quickly and easily and very little impact to me – I would definitely recommend you guys going forward. Me and my wife are really happy so hopefully now it stands the test of time. Thank you and thanks to James and Team, and Barnaby also.
They replaced an old bitumen based extension roof with a high quality 20 year guaranteed membrane. Great team of fitters completed job in 2 days despite challenging weather conditions.
From the initial point of contact (which was via a recommendation), to the initial quotation, the site survey and the work being carried out, the professionalism, communication and quality of product and service from everyone at High-Tech Roofing Limited has been excellent. High-Tech Roofing Limited were contracted to replace a 15 year old felt roof installation on a garage and porch with their recommended product - which required jointing/finishing solutions where it abutted an adjacent property - which they completed to a first class standard! They were punctual when starting and finishing and clean and tidy with all new and old materials. I would have no hesitation in recommending!
Work was completed quickly in just over 2 days which was good , Price came in at nearly twice the quote but didn't turn out to be a simple job and the insulation was upgraded whilst the roof was off , had been warned prior to installation that It could cost more depending on what was found underneath the existing felt , and what was found wasn't good - The installation team were friendly and knew what they were doing and also cleared up and removed and disposed of all the old roof . Scaffolders were also very friendly and helpful too which was a bonus after having had a bad experience with previous scaffolders we used . It was a difficult house to do as all scaffolding and materials including the old roof had to be removed through the house itself as we have no rear access to our garden - Cant say yet whether the leaky roof was fixed as we haven't had any real heavy rain since installation, but so far so good and I am not anticipating any issues .
Great experience from beginning to end. From initial contact to survey to the work being done. Was friendly and professional all the way. The team that came to do the work (Dave Mundy's team) were great and worked to a high standard. All the left over bits were taken away and all cleaned up after each visit and at the end. It was a pleasure to have them here. All questions and queries were dealt with. Also whilst here advised and explained fault on another part of the roof which lead to me have that work done too at a later date. The over cost was on the pricey side, but the quality and guarantee reflected the cost and I would recommend. If you're going to have work done on the roof you want to ensure that it's done with a view to not have to do anything again in the near future.

Excellent workmen who arrived promptly and worked all day. Explained any concerns I had, were tidy and cleared away as the work progressed and when completed. Very well pleased with the work and would highly recommend.
From the first visit to installation the service has been excellent. All of the staff have been efficient, polite and extremely helpful. They have completed the work when requested and cleared up after themselves. The roof looks brilliant and I cannot give the company enough praise.
From initial estimate to completion of the job the whole experience was seamless and efficient. The work was done when agreed and within the originally indicated timescales. The actual installation was completed professionally and the installation team were hard working and cleared up after themselves just leaving me with a great roof!
From first contact, representative visit & to installation couldn't have asked for a better service. All representatives from the company were all fantastic and very accomodating of our circumstances. Very helpful & efficient. Thank you so very much. Would definitely recommend.
We had a flat garage roof which was leaking in a couple of places. Contacting High-Tech was easy, the rep called and talked us through the product and process. Within days a surveyor looked at the roof and swiftly following that two teams arrived to strip the old roof and install the single ply membrane. The invoice appeared the next day. At every stage of the work we were kept informed of what was happening and what would happen. The guys installing the membrane worked very hard, very efficiently, cleared away all the debris, swept the areas below and were a delight to have doing the job for us. Most importantly we are very pleased with the end result. The agreed quotation was exactly what we paid. We would thoroughly and unreservedly recommend the company.
We had a fibreglass flat roof that had started to leak after just 5 years. From sales to installation, the team were very good at making us feel comfortable especially considering previous experiences and the hollow promises of other builders. In just a couple of days, our roof was watertight and this has given us a confidence that our roof will no longer leak.
Every stage from my enquiry to completion was handled with the utmost professionalism. Snow and temperatures of -4 and below didn’t stop them carrying out the work of replacing the GRP flat roof on our kitchen extension Workmen were punctual, super professional and explained each step of the repair to me. They worked quickly , efficiently and made sure they had all the materials needed for that day’s work ( so we didn’t lose time on site) They finished all the work on time and in budget. Superb people, superb product would definitely recommend them!!!!!!
All in a pretty impressive experience with High-Tech, that’s from the initial consultation to the final payment. We had two flat roof replacements which look very good indeed and I was impressed with the speed and quality of the people doing the work. A courteous team who left the site clear of material. We had a small issue with the finish on part of the roof but this was sorted out very satisfactorily and in a timely manner. It looks a great product along with a professional outfit…. What’s not to like.
I would highly recommend them. Very professional.
