“Super friendly. Problem fixed within the hour. Moved into a new property with an air source heat pump and the heating wasn’t working. Billy arrived on time and fixed the issue & explained all about ASHP controller. Asked about putting a new radiator in and he gave honest advice saying it would not be worthwhile. Definately recommend.”

We were due to go on holiday and a couple of days before the pressure on the boiler kept rising and then dropping suddenly. I text Billy on a Sunday (not expecting a reply) and he responded immediately and said he would pop round next day. He arrived when he said he would diagnosed the issue and we got a quote back within the hour. He then arranged to come back next day and do the work. Boiler is now fixed, we went on holiday knowing everything was sorted. Communication and workmanship is excellent. Thank you Billy and team

The engineer was nice and friendly, quick and efficient. Once the job was completed I was sent an invoice with bank details, paid online all sorted with no fuss. Would definitely recommend!

Kev came round the next day after I called as he had to wait for a part. Impeccable workmanship. Friendly, courteous and speedy. Very competitive pricing. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable and multi-talented He is going to sort my cooker out. I incidentally asked his opinion on a siezed up shower I have been trying for months to rectify. He glanced at it, did som magic on it and hey presto in seconds it now works! He is the best. I strongly recommend him.
