“If like me you're checking thew reviews for a roofing company and you've landed on HIP roofing, they get the highest reviews for good reason. From start to finish they were brilliant, we had to wait a few months because they are so in demand but from the outset I felt in safe hands. They were organised, reliable and professional at all times and did a wonderful job, they collaborated well with the Solar Panel fitters taking the lead and making sure it went smoothly. I am very pleased to have used HIP and highly recommend Holly and Lucy.”

This extension flat roof is the second job they’ve done for us, they did the main bungalow roof last year. We’re so impressed I’ve asked for a quote to replace the garage flat roof and its not even leaking.
Expert roofers in Chester. Great customer service. Always very responsive. Came and conquered in minimal time, all worked very hard. Very tidy at the end of the job. Friends and family all very impressed with the professional work. Will highly recommend to people in the future.
Kept me updated, work was completed quickly and to a high quality. Would highly recommend.
Holly’s smelling face popped by the house to get an understanding of what I needed to do. She explain that they would replace the boards, Side facias, get rid of all the rubbish, and was going to include minor guttering work with the price. None of the other roofers had even talked about any of this stuff, but she not only talk about it but also explained the “why”. It was very clear that the care and attention to detail they put into their work is exceptional. Once work started it was also clear that the level of professionalism from the guys on site was brilliant also the number of times I overhear the guys on site talking about “the best way to do it” tells me that Lucy and Holly have instilled into the team that doing to do the job truly matters. talk to HIP Roofing you will not regret it.
Truly excellent! We are very pleased with all of the work. The roof looks great. Holly, Liam and all of the team were very professional and totally dedicated to making sure we got everything we wanted and more! Certainly a job well done, so pleased we chose HIP Roofing! Holly organised a drone survey to help plan the work and took us onto the scaffolding to see how everything had been completed. It really helped us feel totally confident about the quality of the work. All of the HIP team were experts and able to explain what needed doing.

Excellent service and advice from very friendly and efficient staff. Would recommend them to anyone needing a roof repair or complete replacement, as I had. Cost was excellent and every aspect of the work was explained clearly with no wool being pulled over my eyes. Very professional business
Lucy was easy to communicate with and the lads sorted out a guttering problem that's been a bit of a mystery for over a year. I'm very pleased with the result and would definitely recommend HIP for their work, however big or small the job, and their friendly attitude.

The HIP Roofing Team lead by sisters Lucy and Holly gave a very fair and detailed assessment of and quote for the repair work required to our leaking glass fibre covered warm flat roof. When the team started the work the hidden damage caused by the leak was more extensive than expected . This was then discussed very fully and the revised more extensive work was agreed. This was then all carried out with great care over the next 3 days and an excellent job was done with a new rubber covered warm roof with all the replaced boards, insulation etc. The finish on all the trimmings, lead fishing etc was all done with great care and attention to detail and the site was left ( each day ) very tidy and waterproof overnight until finished. The 3 roofers were, like their bosses, very good communicators of what they were doing and why and when. It was a very smooth operation and they were a pleasure to work with. A great result to what had been quite a problem.

Fantastic initial response making some emergency repairs to the roof following storm damage, with a realistic quote and speedy completion of the repairs to the roof. Its been a pleasure dealing with Holly and Lucy throughout, who arranged everything, making the whole process stress free. Thank you so much for fitting us in at a very busy time following the recent storms.
Very pleased with the new roof that HIP have done for us. Holly, Lucy and the team are a lovely professional bunch of people and did a great job. Would recommend.
