"We hired Harry to tidy our garden every two weeks. We found him very unreliable - missing weeks or coming on the wrong day (and not responding to messages). This came to a head when he arrived on the wrong day and we had the builders in - so had to ask him to come back another time. He then missed the next two visits. When I contacted him he was very confrontational – blaming us for prioritising the building work over him. I attempted to smooth things over and he agreed to pick up the visits again from the next week. He did not turn up – very disappointed with his lack of professionalism."

We hired Harry to tidy our garden every two weeks. We found him very unreliable - missing weeks or coming on the wrong day (and not responding to messages).
