It was a pleasure having Oliver and his team complete the building work to our house. We had a loft conversion and extension so a fairly sizable job for which it all went very smoothly and in a timely manor. The building work was done to a very high standard for which it has improved for value of our property ten fold, but more importantly, made it the perfect home and improved quality of living. Oliver was very flexible whenever we wanted something changing or adding to the build, nothing seems too much trouble for him and his team. Communication was second to none throughout the build, for which made the whole process a stress free experience. I would without doubt ask for Oliver and his team's services again should we need any more building work carried out. I have since seen some of Oliver's garden room projects for which I can see have been completed to the highest of standards.

A magnificent bespoke garden pod, Ollie and his team worked every day to make sure that we received our ideal garden pod. Ollie talked to us from the start about the different options and pricing from low to high, of materials, sizes and designs. He offered us knowledge with accurate lead times from materials which kept us informed. Ollie gave us support with windows, the roof and doors, internal walls and floors. Nothing was too much trouble for them, Ollie even laid a brick wall internally at my request because I absolutely loved the unique difference it gave to the pod. I had so many options and support with all choices helping me to keep as eco friendly as I could get,including a living roof. The team were kind and considerate, clean, consistent and their work flawless. The carpenter and plasterer all incredibly professional and faultless work. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for an amazing professional team to build them a unique and beautiful garden room.

We so appreciated the work and attitude of the HOEM team. We felt really listened to by them at the beginning of the project, and that they understood what we were trying to achieve. They then also offered their insight into aspects that we had overlooked which was brilliant. Every aspect of the build was professional, both by the guys attitude and friendliness but also by their focus and expert eye for detail. I’ve already recommended them to everyone! Fantastic work done on our "outhouse". Downstairs toilet converted into a second bathroom with walk in shower, sink and toilet. Utility room created with extra worktop space and cabinets. And an extra living space with patio doors opening into garden. Can't fault the work done by Ollie and the team, it's something I have wanted for many years and it has now become a reality. Wish I had approached Ollie and his team earlier.

The guys are very respectful of your property. No hidden charges. Courteous. Punctual. Amazing quality of work. Keep you informed throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble. Will only use the company going forward.

Oliver is very knowledgeable, explains everything clearly. When you go to him with a budget he works within that and if anything were to come up he that would fall outside of the budget he is very clear and direct. He doesn't leave it to the last minute. We have had a very positive experience with Oliver and would happily recommend him and his company.
