We are a high end residential practice, uniquely combining Architecture, Interiors & Landscape Design for a seamless and holistic experience from start to finish. Working across London, Oxfordshire, Surrey, the Cotswolds and Home Counties, we specialise in beautiful extensions and renovations to period and listed properties, as well as prime new builds. Established in 2010, our ultimate aim is not only improve the way we live in our homes but add value & bring people together. Our mission is to ‘Transform People’s Lives by Creating Wonderful Living Spaces.’ We offer a full end to end service, from initial design work, through planning & building regulations & tendering to contractors. We handle the contract administration of the build through to final practical completion & utilise our carefully selected network of trusted contractors (high end builders & joiners, pool/spa companies, wine cellar & AV/smart home specialists, arboriculturists, ecology/bat surveyors, lime plaster & Passivhaus experts etc) to pull together & manage a 1st class team of contractors. We can also bring in specialist consultants e.g. quantity surveyors, party wall surveyors, Paragraph 79 planners &heritage experts where required. Our Interior Design & Landscape Design teams work closely with our architects & can be involved with projects right from the outset, providing as much input as a client would like depending on budget - from mood board inspirations right through to specifying fixtures, fittings or planting design. At the heart of our service is 3D design & Virtual Reality - an immersive environment that allows our clients to see ‘inside’ their house & walk around the finished design on their tablet or smartphone, which unlike 2D plans, can save thousands in the build process. We are set up for remote working & have invested time & resources into developing ways of working to deliver projects for clients who live overseas. Now, we’re using the same technology & working practices to support our clients & serve new ones.
