We came in on budget, who has ever heard of that before. 3. Any issues discussed with us immediately with several complicated issues dealt with by Matt and Tom without increasing the cost - and there were a few (nothing to do with the guys) but all taken in their stride. 4. Workmanship is stunning 5. Neighbours, window cleaners, friends all complimented matt and Tom for their professionalism 6. People come in and say, “wow, it’s a show house”.”
“From the moment Matt and Tom first visited everything was extremely professional. They took detailed measurements and provided a line by line cost estimate. We originally asked them to remove a partition wall between 2 bedrooms, creating a larger room, Remove fitted wardrobes etc. Their diligence and craftsmanship is second to none. They have excellent attention to detail, ask questions when appropriate and give great advice on minor changes that affect overall design. We decided to then ask them to create the outline frame for an extended en-suite and proceeded to convert the whole bathroom”
