Great Service
Andrew was prompt, polite, respectful, assured and reassuring in resolving a problem with the central heating in my parent's house.
We used Elis again because he is brilliant ;) Fast, efficient, helpful.
I have a vulnerable elderly person that lives with me and in April 2024 our old boiler stopped working, resulting in no hot water or heating. A large service provider was unable to fix the old boiler or provide us with a date asap to install a new one. When I called and spoke to Elis I was desperate as I needed the job done ASAP and I needed someone I could trust to complete the job to a high standard. Elis managed to pick up the boiler, provide us with hot water and a fully functional boiler in just over 2 days of my conversation with him. I have used Home Comfort many years ago to replace a hot water tank in our house, my neighbour have had a boiler installed by them and I have recommended them to family and friends. This weekend my boiler made a dreaded sound, that resulted in error message and my panicking. A text message in the morning followed by a video call resulted in the issue being resolved and us having hot water & heating. Highly recommend!
Elis & Andrew installed our new boiler system & tank. The installation was not cheap but they also saved us a fortune by finding a leak and quickly working for find a cost effective solution. I honestly believe they are the best in the business. Like the best surgeons. We have asked Elis back to help us with several jobs and would not hesitate to call him back for general plumbing.

Andy did a quick and thorough job fixing an F4 error on our boiler and generally restoring parts that had been neglected. Conscious of re-using where he could, and was good at explaining what the problem was. Knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Called in the morning and Elis came round later the same evening to replace a faulty motorized valve. Fast, efficient work with a friendly service. Impressive.
Elis did a great job - everything sorted out really well and a lovely chap.
Andrew clearly knows his stuff and thankfully was able to get a grip of our very old central heating system and refurb it to modern standards. It was definitely a complicated task that others had baulked at and very few could have tackled, let alone have the knowledge to do so, but he did a great job, kept a smile on his face at all times and worked tirelessly to complete. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thanks Andrew!

Great installation, efficient, tidy and a really good job.
Brilliant service. They had good availability and their plumber, Elis, was great. Friendly guy who did a fantastic job, with attention to detail, while happily explaining to me what he was doing and why. He was also happy to talk through some other plumbing things related to my house - which was very helpful as I've just moved in and there's lots of outstanding jobs. Will get them back in when my boiler needs servicing.
