Their doors and furniture options appeared to very good, and the price they quoted was competitive. Communication was good. The schedule went exactly to plan. The installation went smoothly. They tidied up well afterwards (I think my carpet was cleaner than it was when they arrived). The doors look fantastic - far better than I expected - and, unlike my old ones, they work perfectly. I highly recommend this company.”

Excellent

Excellent work and communication
David provided an excellent service right from my initial enquiry through to completion and follow up. Really professional and friendly service from David - doing a thorough survey, explaining everything to me, outlining options and pros and cons. I had all the windows in my house replaced and David and his team arrived punctually on both days, worked incredibly hard, cleaned up as they went along and were really flexible and adaptable in working alongside others who were also working on the house. I am really pleased with the windows, the way they look and how well they have been installed. Highly recommend.
Window fitting
Super great company. Lots of window options to choose from and David was very knowledgable about the different companies and specifications. Installed on the date agreed. When installing they tidied up each day and windows were installed very well. We had a problem with a couple of glass pains due to lead work and this was sorted out very quickly. We will be getting them back to do more work on the house again. Thank you to an amazing team.

Excellent double glazing
Homesafe Glazing double-glazed my whole house. David was always on time for the surveys, and let me have a schedule of work, which he kept to exactly. They turned up at 8 am every day and worked nonstop, and the work was completed on time. I am thrilled with the double glazing and new doors, a wonderful job.

Excellent Service!!! They helped us pick the perfect front door and locks and installed them quickly and professionally. Excellent Service and Quality Work
We used Homesafe Glazing to replace our double glazing this summer and were really impressed. They’re a small business that I’d happily recommend. The team were patient, took the time to answer all my (many!) questions, and carried out the work to a high standard. We’re very happy with the end result.

First rate workmanship
We contracted Home Safe to replace all our windows, doors, fascia’s, soffits and gutters. The windows and doors we chose were at the lower end of the price spectrum, but the quality of workmanship we received was absolutely top drawer. Every single fitting was carried out perfectly, leaving no rough edges or paintwork to touch up, our house was left spotlessly clean and the team were friendly, hard working and trustworthy. On top of that the quote was very competitive indeed. We are so happy with the end result. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Home Safe Glazing & Locks to anyone. Well done guys.
Replaced old front windows
I was given a detailed estimate of the work by Danny. The windows were replaced in a day by David and Mark who arrived on time and were helpful and curtious at all times and cleared up well after they had finished. The work was completed to a high standard and to the quoted price and I am happy with the new windows. It was a good experience using Homesafe and If I needed any other windows replaced I would use them again.
Excellent work
We were so impressed by the way David, Danny and team worked when changing a couple of patio doors for us in 2024 that we asked them to replace 22 Crittall-type metal framed windows with double-glazed units. Communication was impeccably responsive, from initial contact through measuring up to the schedule of works and actual fitting - we always know what was going to happen and when. Also, Homesafe Glazing maintained their initial quote, even though it took us several months to get planning permission (we're in a Conservation Area) and their main supplier unexpectedly increased prices. The supply and fitting of the replacement units went completely smoothly until the final, non-standard refectory window, when the manufacturer supplied a few sub-standard panels. A lesser company might have tried to fob us off with them, but not David and Danny - they insisted the manufacturer replace the panels, and twice again when the replacements were themselves unacceptable, eventually changing supplier before we were all eventually happy. If the true test of a service provider is how they handle problems, Homesafe passed with flying colours. Once the job was completed, the promised documentation (Building regulations, Fensa guarantee etc.) arrived promptly. We have no hesitation in recommending Homesafe Glazing - if only all building-related work could go as smoothly as this!
Competitive price and excellent workmanship.
As I needed a new front door, Danny came to give me an estimate which was much cheaper than other companies I had contacted. The waiting time was only a few weeks for the door to be made. Mark came on time and was very polite; he worked very fast and did a brilliant job and left the place clean and tidy. I cannot recommend Homesafe Glazing more highly.
Replace metal framed single glazed windows with double glazed uPVC units
We have used Homesafe on a number of occasions since 2018 and they have always been punctual, efficient, personable, and tidy. This time was no different. We needed 3 metal framed single glazed windows replaced with modern double glazed units. Danny and Marc had to grind out the old frames but did so quickly and left no mess. The new windows are a great improvement.
