After a few false starts regarding an installation date 3 fitters arrived to do the work. Despite uncovering numerous issues on taking out the old units they remained cheerful andvworked hard to find solutions. They were tidying as they went and I have no complaints about the work they did - both doirs and window much improved with the new units.

Replaced entire bedroom dormer window and also opening unit in kitchen. Work completed as originally described, with no mess and looks great.

Installation team arrived on time to carryout work in a speedy professional manner. Work completed to a good standard. Work took 1 1/2 days. Although day 1 to day 2 was a gap of 4 days due to sickness and an intervening weekend. Kept informed of reasons for small delay. Otherwise very pleased with work and would recommend this company.

Efficient and tidy work. Job done was excellent and very pleasant workforce.

Had a few problems getting 40 year old windows out but the installers were very competent and friendly. Job done very quickly and with minimum of disturbance. At the end they explained how everything worked and where they had had problems with cracks in the wall which had been filled. A day later someone came to inspect work and if I was happy. The apprentice could have vacuumed after installation as bits had flown all over the place but most of the larger rubbish was cleared.

I had a new door installed but the lock plate was not available at time so I was happy for door to be fitted and return visit made to fit plate. Only took him 10 minutes very polite guy

The entire process from start to finish was very professional and we are very pleased with the work that has been done. It has made a real difference to the temperature in the conservatory.

I was extremely pleased with the standard of work of HomeSmart. The men who came here were very friendly and worked very hard and always cleared up after themselves. Work was completed quite quickly. I have used HomeSmart in the past and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them .
