Good communication throughout - I was given clear/unbiased advise from the initial consult in helping me decide which product (if any), might best fit my needs, to explaining to me how to best use my new stove. I would feel comfortable to contact him should I have any other questions or need wood supplied in the future. Clean and tidy - During the install no mess was made at all, he even removed an old aerial from the roof for me.
