Jeff was friendly, polite and very professional at all times. Good communication throughout - I was given clear/unbiased advise from the initial consult in helping me decide which product (if any), might best fit my needs, to explaining to me how to best use my new stove. I would feel comfortable to contact him should I have any other questions or need wood supplied in the future. Clean and tidy - During the install no mess was made at all, he even removed an old aerial from the roof for me. I would highly recommend this company for anyone thinking about installing a stove in there home.
We've always been extremely happy with Jeff's annual sweep of our chimney and this year decided to install a wood burner. Jeff was great at explaining the options and guiding us through the process. We are delighted with the outcome. The wood burner is installed in our existing fireplace and looks great. As ever Jeff was immaculately tidy and ensured there was no mess for us to clear up. Can highly recommend.
