What truly stood out was his meticulous attention to detail. Every measurement was precise, ensuring a perfect fit. He took the time to explain each step of the process, clearly outlining his system of work, which was both efficient and methodical. On time each day keeping the workspace tidy and He didn't rush the job, instead focusing on achieving a flawless finish. Mr J was also a courteous and respectful individual. He listened to our preferences and offered valuable suggestions without being pushy. It's clear he takes immense pride in his workmanship, and this shines through in the final result. Highly recommend Howeson Building for anyone seeking a reliable, skilled, and detail-oriented tradesman for their renovations. We wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for future projects.

He took down our built-in wardrobe, with little damage to the wall and ceiling. Plaster and made good where seeded. Howeson 's work was of top quality, I've already got other work lined up for J to do. I'd definitely recommend him to family and friends. This is one happy customer.

The work required was:- make remedy noisy stairs, floor boards, fit lights to stairs decorate hallway including stairs.

From the very beginning, plans were inconsistent and constantly changing, with agreed arrangements not being honoured and goalposts moved without explanation. Despite this, there was no hesitation in chasing payments. Communication was poor throughout — excuses instead of answers, no accountability, and no proactive updates. I repeatedly had to chase for basic information that should have been provided as standard. The whole experience felt misleading and dishonest. Promises were made to secure the job and then conveniently forgotten once work began. In the end, I was left stressed, out of pocket, and deeply regret trusting this company. I would not recommend.
