I had booked an appointment with HPO Property Ltd to attend my property for a quote on some works in the kitchen. They weren't able to make the appointment, so we arranged for the next day. The next day, they messaged to say they were in traffic and running 25 minutes late. They never turned up and didn't answer any calls or messages. I had to travel an hour to the property and back to make our appointment. Highly unreliable company from my experience.
