When he came, Harry was excellent. However often failed to turn up blaming traffic. Nice chap but unreliable and difficult to get hold of.

Made three appointments to carry out the work and simply did not turn up. - at the third time no telephone contact or explanation - a total waste of time!
Unfortunately he turned up 2 hours earlier than arranged and we were just on our way out. It was fine by us as we have quite a large garden and we’re pleased to see him so we asked if we could look around the garden by himself (we’re actually both disabled so walking is a bit difficult) We assumed he’d left as we didn’t see him as we left, an I messaged him the next day apologising for having to leave but no reply. I’ve emailed to with no reply. As I say, very disappointing.
