Abel the man who took on the job was very thorough with good explanations and made it clear what steps he was taking to help solve the mouse/rat intrusion. Went with this company based on their google reviews which after looking on here now believe they are fake. Was charged £300 for 2 visits to throw nutella and poison down in a polythene bag for a rodent in the loft ! My neighbour was charged £350 for the same job at the same time ! Noises stopped 5 days after 1st visit and nothing for about a wk after 2nd visit when i started hearing the same again. Contacted huntsman within their so called advertised 30 day guarentee only to be told there is no warranty at all. No transparancy dishonest and only care about taking your money. Avoid !!!
