We highly recommend Ian Rice Building Ltd. We were badly let down by architect plans for our small extension but Ian came up with solutions that satisfied Building Control and saved out sanity! He went over and above to get things sorted with structural engineers despite being away on holiday. He earned huge respect and confidence in the way that he handled the situation he found himself in. We cannot fault the workmanship.

Ian and his team were absolutely brilliant. Their work is beautiful, their communication is great and they were lovely to have around. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I am so pleased with the extension Ian and his team have added to my house. They were relaible and professional keeping me up to date daily on the progress all the way along. The work has been carried out to such a high standard, my neighbours are hugley complementary of their work too (and maybe just a tad jealous!) I would recommend these guys 100% and can't thank Ian and Luke for all their help from planning to completetion and for their outstanding work. Sandie

Ian Rice Builders have just finished a job for us and I cannot recommend them enough. They are a lovely company to work with. Their team are so nice, polite and professional. They came back to us when they said they would and kept us updated. We had to make a few amendments to our build during the process and they were always accommodating. They also kept the site very clean and tidy. After 5 years of works on our home, its such a relief to find a great company to work with. Our house keeps trying to fall down around us so I've no doubt we'll carry out more building works in the future, and we will definitely use Ian Rice.
Both Ian and Luke aimed for quality of construction and achieved it.
Ian Rice Building Ltd constructed a large, brick built rear extension for me and an en- suite, for my second bedroom. The standard of workmanship provided by Ian and his group of tradesmen, was of the highest quality and I would happily recommend them to anyone. They all took a personal interest in the project, which is very rare these days. Regards, Steve

I would highly recommend ian and his team from the start they was brilliant. Ian came gave me a quote for all the work to be completed and that quote stayed the same. They was at site every day to start work by 8. They was always polite and a pleasure to have around. If any problems came up we would sit down all together and come up with a solution and there was a few due to problems with the plans from the architects but this was no problem and ian and his team worked through this with us. My house now looks lovely and I would highly recommend ian and his team to anyone. I will be back in contact for more building work in the future. Thanks ian and all the team looking forward to seeing you again.
The communication, honesty and helpfulness were great! We are super pleased and will use them again!
