Provisionally booked Ian few months in advance, then ordered the flat pack office cabin which is spread throughout the garden that cannot be used. Ian assured me he will turn up on three different occasions, on each occasion failed, didn't bother answer messages or phone calls, wasted my time and completely inconsiderate and unprofessional on how this impacts the customer he just didn't care. I will never bother with such people again.

I was initially happy with the work carried out but have since discovered several issues. Two out of three radiators are coming off the wall, paintwork is not tidy or finished, lots of sharp edges on the metal tile trims, plinths beneath the vanity units have come away and so on….
