"Ian, Colin and their team created a downstairs wet room that other builders said couldn’t be done. Their quality of work and attention to detail was exemplary. They went out of their way to discuss and accommodate our needs, helping us source high quality tiles, paint and sanitary ware at very reasonable cost. After work started their structural engineer advised additional RSJs were needed but still managed to build the original design. They also undertook other small jobs, decoration and alterations. Their professionalism represented excellent VFM. We will recommend and use them again!"

Had supporting wall between living room and dining room removed, along with wall between Kitchen and dining room.
Ian, Colin and their team created a downstairs wet room that other builders said couldn’t be done. Their quality of work and attention to detail was exemplary. They went out of their way to discuss and accommodate our needs, helping us source high quality tiles, paint and sanitary ware at very reasonable cost. After work started their structural engineer advised additional RSJs were needed but still managed to build the original design. They also undertook other small jobs, decoration and alterations.
