Unfortunately, he was unable to come on the pre-arranged day because a wrong part was ordered by the shop. However, he was super helpful and communicative, he arranged to return at the weekend. Both Alan and his apprentice took care to make sure that my sinks and drains were left in a much better state, and got rid of the dreadful water hammering noise that I was experiencing! Really helpful and professional.”
