Great Experience...
Great company, great people. Ideal Glass tirelessly worked with us patiently through our extension build. They offered valuable advice, and support, saving us thousands of pound probably. Building project never go 100% smooth, but with Ideal Glass in our corner the whole project got completed, accurately with only a few delays that was out of their hands.

Impressive Service
Running a small business myself, I know how hard it it to maintain a high level of service. Ideal Glass was always receptive to my questions and responded in good time. The project was to replace our aging white upvc windows with modern flush sash alternatives in my partners choice of colour - black. I was hesitant about the colour choice but I have to say the house looks fantastic and its curb side appeal has increased dramatically which can only improve its saleability when we retire and move to Cornwall in a few years! The nice salesman, friendly admin staff and hard working fitting team all pulled together and got over several unforeseen issues to deliver a well executed installation. When the door needed adjusting a few months later there was no issue and someone was round promptly to put right. I found Ideal Glass from referral from my neighbour on the same street who again had received recommendations locally in Marshalswick. It appears good old fashioned customer service and a honest price is getting this small local business a name in these parts of St Albans. Keep up the good work, its a pleasure to write this review for you.
