Very tidy worker, took old door and frame away and swept up, Mum was very impressed. Beau was very kind and understanding of Mum's needs, showed Mum and talked her through how to put the key in the door and how to unlock it and how to lock the door by raising the handle and turning the key and then got Mum to show him how she could open and lock the door, a great experience and with Beau's kind, gentle manner, Mum didn't get overwhelmed, thank you 😊"
