We arranged for Ivo to provide us with a quote for a full bathroom refit. He arrived on time and provided a full itemised quote in a timely manner. We booked the bathroom install and it was started the next week. From start to finish, it took 7 days. Literally nothing was too much trouble. This is the bathroom of our dreams and Ivo brought it to life. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend him.

Ivo from start to finish was an execellant workman, very professional and friendly. He has done a wonderful job and even when we had a problem on day one (no fault of his I must add) and I had to call United Utilities who were hopeless, he still stayed committed to doing my bathroom. He and his colleague Adrian worked really hard, never stopped. They were very respectful of my home and never have I had a workman so tidy...even hooved my stairs ....I so happy with my new bathroom. Thank You Ivo and Adrian.

We only needed existing shower enclosure, tray, shower unit and tiling to be replaced, along with additional extraction and updated lighting. The work was carried out professionally and we are pleased with the result. The work was finished quickly and the team were very tidy and pleasant to deal with.

What truly blew me away was their commitment to efficiency. This duo managed to accomplish the entire revamp in an astonishingly quick four days Their attention to detail and craftsmanship is truly unmatched. Prior to installation, they took the time to discuss and understand our preferences for each element, ensuring everything was placed exactly where we wanted it. Moreover, their respect for our home was impeccable. They worked diligently, treating our space with the same care and respect as they would their own. Superb
This is the third time we’ve used Ivo, this time to fit our utility room. Yet again a great job, really efficient and good communication throughout. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for someone to fit a bathroom, kitchen, utility etc.
Great work from Ivo and the team. Every day worked hard even out of their working hours to reach the deadline . Will definitely recommend to anyone in need of bathroom or kitchen refurbishing.
IK Master build have completed 3 bathrooms for me, 1 for my neighbours and 1 for my family. The whole process from design to installation to completion is professionally managed and executed. They are polite, clean and professional and I would recommend highly.
Ivo was able to completely renovate our bathroom in 1 week. He worked very hard and gave regular updates throughout the process. He was punctual and showed good attention to detail. I would happily recommend him to others.
Ivo did a really good job in our old enclosed shower, especially as the walls were not straights nor was the floor. He explained everything he did and every details were put accurately on the quote. He left the place clean and tidy I truly recommend his services !
