Same day service, called Impact this morning after a problem with my house alarm last night, prompt service coming out the same day, polite professional advice without charging silly money. I will definitely use Impact again
I had arranged for a service of my burglar alarm. Although Dean arrived later than originally planned he texted to warn me he was running a bit late. He was polite and helpful and answered all my questions and did not try to encourage me to spend money on something I did not need. Impressed with the service.

Rang this morning 13/09/24 had a problem with our alarm,Dean came out within an 1hr such a nice guy,so very helpful.sorted the problem out would recommend he's company to any body who has a problem with there alarm system,so happy to find a company like Dean's.
Phoned the company came out promptly and was so efficient sorted the problem couldn't any more for us we would recommend you to anybody give them a go they are excellent
Our alarm system had stopped working and we couldn’t get hold of our original installer to help. We found Impact and after calling, Dean was able to come out the same day. He quickly reset and checked the system and got us back up and running again straightaway. We would highly recommend him.
Dean and his team were professional throughout. My initial email was responded to straight away, site visit agreed and quotation provided all within a couple of days. Once agreed, works were carried out a couple of days later. The installation of our new intruder alarm and shock sensors was carried out in a professional and tidy manner. Any mess was cleaned up before they left. A follow up visit the next day to ensure we were happy with everything. We now have a service contract with this company. Highly recommended.
