Trickle Vent Glazing Installation
I’m very grateful to Harry and his team. I had a small job to install trickle vents on the double glazing in my home. Harry and his colleagues were highly efficient, professional, and polite throughout the process. I’d highly recommend Imperial Glazing.

So easy to contact, always responsive, excellent job
I had a smallish job, 3 replacement windows. A restricted time span for the work. Everything was done so efficiently and so conveniently. Although a small job the communication was spot on. The windows look great. Thank you. Definitely a recommendation to family and friends!

Great Service & Friendly Fitters
Ordered a replacement back door. Our old UPVC one had dropped a fair bit a few times over the years and I did not want to pay out for further adjustments so decided to bite the bullet and replace. Service and communication provided by Imperial was great - despite only being a small job. The fitters were friendly and polite and left the area clean. The quality and of the door seems to be really good. Only reason for not giving 5* is because time will tell but from what I can see, definitely a vast improvement on the one it replaced and quality locking mechanism with Yale. Also glad that I went for the laminate glass following the information they provided. As I plan on moving in the near future I didn't want to replace all my existing windows and doors. Should I end up staying then I would not hesitate in approaching Imperial.

Repalcement windows fitted
I am very pleased with the replacement windows recently fitted. The 3 guys who completed the work were, very polite, considerate and friendly. The work has been finished to a very high standard, and within the time scale quoted. Any mess they made was cleared, all rubbish taken away. We would high recommend using 1 Stop Glazing Ltd (Imperial Glazing).

Totally efficient service from start to finish
From the initial quote Imperial Glazing were a pleasure to deal with. Always polite and helpful with clear quotes on the different styles with no hidden extras. Ash was always happy to answer my numerous queries and make changes to the quote as a result. The delivery and installation was completed as scheduled and on time. The fitters were great and tidied up after themselves making good any minor damage. We had to wait for handles to arrive which had been delayed but Imperial were very good at keeping in touch with updates and getting a date booked in asap. All in all a great experience and we would recommend highly recommend this company.
