I have been without mains hot water for 2.5 years and with some experience of dodgy builders was a bit worried about getting more work done but obviously hot water essential!! Sam was really knowledgeable and friendly at quote stage and made me feel relaxed. A lovely lad! Work was done very tidy and thoughtful and didn’t complain when challenges arose. "Sam got in touch with me quickly, we set a date and time. He arrived as promised & on time and set about his investigations as I had black marks on my bathroom lino. Sam checked all internal pipework which he thought could be leaking, informing me of progress along the way. He was happy there were no leaks under my flooring & proceeded to go outside & check for possible ingress. There it was!! My walls need to be pointed - urgently! My initial request was for researching & Sam went over & above & gave me the best advice. I will contact Sam again for any plumbing jobs I may have! Fantastic!!"
