I rent a small flat in Staines and have been finding it very hard to find tradesmen that are not only prompt responding to enquiries but quote reasonable prices. I have had companies try and charge me for a quote, quote hundreds of pounds for a small job and not even turn up! Infinity Electrical is a quality company. I called, the phone was answered, I sent a photo and got a quote. The date of the works was arranged with my tenant. The electrician, Peter, arrived. Completed the work and I was charged what was quoted. My tenant also said Peter was a lovely man. This is the way trades businesses should be run. Thank you. Now on my shortlist of tradesmen I will use again in all my properties.
Ben came to replace outdated ceiling spotlights and other awkward bulbs. He was punctual and provided an excellent service. When asked, he advised on new smoke detectors around the house and will look into revising our surround-sound music system. Very happy to recommend Ben!

Infinity Electrical was stellar. Ben (the electrician who also picked up all my calls and emails from start to finish) was exceptional. I had an extensive list of items for renovation/repair at a residential property. To highlight what impressed me the most about Ben's services: Initial contact: Impeccable, clear communication. Extremely responsive. Highly customer-focused. Provided clear cost estimate (without photos/physical inspection). Competitive quote. Offered to come for actual viewing. Super punctual. Really courteous, genuine character. On job itself: First class workmanship. Work ethic - started 7.30am to accommodate our needs and finish job on the same day. He remained focused all day. Very honest: Ben proposed alternative cost-saving solutions for us. Super punctual, tidy. Followed up with email and review of job performed that same evening. Ben was really really good. I would definitely engage Infinity again.
