Steven and his company have completed several jobs for me and they provide a fantastic service. They are very organised and quick and give great value for money.

Steve and Innovation Interiors extended our kitchen into our side return and completely re-modelled the new kitchen, including fitting. Steve provided an excellent service as a project manager and made sure that his team delivered at all stages of the project. The whole team were friendly, respectful, experienced and professional. Innovation Interiors were more expensive than other quotes received, but I fully believe are far better value for money at the end of the day. There are no hidden extra costs and Steve and the team bent over backwards to solve a multitude of problems and undertake significant extra work at no extra cost to the original quote. The transparency of the quote and desire to ensure the job was to the highest standard gave me and my family absolute piece of mind throughout the job. Couldn’t recommend enough and will use again.

Reburbishment of bathroom, supply of fitted wardrobe and redecoration of spare room. Innovation Interiors put in the most expensive quotation but still offered value because the money bought a quality job and peace of mind. Steve took time to understand the spec. , pricing was clear, contracts properly ordered, and communication before, during and after the work maintained. The guys on site were flexible about accommodating changes and made excellent suggestions about how to address things I'd missed. They did a professional job and - importantly - were dilligent about cleaning up and respecting the house. And friendly! Overall, a top-end price but a quality job with which I am very pleased. They secured and maintained my confidence in their management of the project and I would happily engage them again.

Innovation Interiors have undertaken two significant jobs for us: the first to substantially remodel and refurbish a bathroom, and the second to undertake extensive exterior decoration. The work was of a very high quality, the team were discrete and professional, and Alan (who led the projects) was patient, helpful and understanding throughout the work. This latter point was particularly important for us, as we had very little idea at the outset exactly what we wanted to do with the bathroom. Alan helped us to work through our options and progress the design, and he came up with some really good innovative ideas in the process. We are really pleased with the final product, and would definitely ask Alan and the team back to undertake any future building projects.

Innovations carried out both insurance work and refurbishment on my property. They provided clear and detailed description of work to be done (very important for the insurance work), did the work as described to a very high standard, and left the property in a good state within the agreed timeframe and cost: I would never have thought this possible with builders, but Innovations cover all bases. Additionally in all their all dealings, both the Salters and their staff were trustworthy and respectful of people and property. When the time comes, I will be using them again.

Innovation Interiors completed a ground floor extension, new shower room, upstairs bathroom, new boiler, heating and fitted kitchen for us. Steve produced a very detailed quotation so I could see where my budget would be spent. They also liased extensively and professionally with the architects, planning department and other utility companies to ensure the job ran smoothly and on time. I did receive cheaper quotations from other companies but there was not enough detail in these quotes; which would have meant that this was never going to be the final figure! We now have exactly what we wanted space wise made with qaulity materials and have had many amazing comments made by our friends and neighbours of the high quality of work done. We are totally pleased with their service from the first phone call to the final product. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Innovations Interiors completed 2 major jobs for us, a loft conversion and a kitchen/diner. The work was carried out to a high standard and all the builders treated our home with respect. They gave us a time scale for the job to be completed and kept to it, the job did not overrun, which was great. They even turned up in the snow to continue the work outside with the loft! Our requests were heard and acted upon with full co-operation. The standard of work is high and the cost is well worth it. Plus they do follow up calls to make sure the work is OK and we're happy wtih everything. It was a joy to have a building company in our house that didn't leave us feeling totally stressed out. I would highly recommend them and will most definitely use them again in the future.

Innovation Interiors have installed a kitchen for us in a very tricky room with a sloping wall and were great at working out the best way to arrange it and make the most of the space available - and completed the work to a really high standard. They are also very easy to work with indeed.
