Nothing wrong with the repair, but since then (beginning of November 2023) no one is answering my calls in order to get the invoice for the insurance company despite me having paid in full the amount of the repair - £1250. I tried Niall’s and Simon’s number along with the ones in their web site but in vain. It looks like the company went bust overnight. Very disappointing because I found them via Checkatrade. Really unprofessional craftsmanship and treating of a customer. I think all these positive comments are not as real as it seems.

This company did an excellent job in repairing my roof which had several tiles either broken or missing. Work was carried out extremely quickly and without fuss. Would have no hesitation in using them again if the need arose.
I needed an emergency roof repair due to some damage done to the tiles after council cleared bushes from the road. Water was pouring down after rain therefore needed urgent repair. Niall called in the morning and showed up an hour later, quoted and fixed the roof on the same day. He also advised about other possible issues he could foresee. Happy to recommend
