Shaun, Sandra and Ali from the office were easy to deal with and responded to my many questions as a solar newbie and I received my MCS certificate promptly after completion of the project. “We have had some issues for example one of the parts was faulty from the factory - not the installers fault but it was rectified very quickly which is a good sign. There was also an issue with the software which had to be resolved, again not the installers fault and it is sorted now. The most important thing is the job has been done for the price agreed to what seems a good standard. What more do I need to say except I would have them again and remember without the faulty unit and software issue it would have been done the same day.”
