“Jim and his team were really good to work with on this project. We agreed on a specification for the design and the materials up front and this was adhered to exactly during the project. At each stage we were kept informed of what was happening at the time and what was going the happen next . We were asked for our input before work continued when a few problems were encountered. The team obviously took pride in their work and quality of materials used and workmanship was high. The project was completed on time and we are very happy with the results.”
