We turned a downstairs empty room into a bathroom. Tom came and priced and it was a reasonable quote, they turned the space into a bathroom that was tiled to a brilliant finished standard. All pipes were added into the room as there was no water points in there and all connections and pipe runs were done behind the finished product with no mess to be seen.i added a couple of extra jobs into the scope which wasn't an issue and done at a competitive rate compared to others. Would definitely recommend Tom and Phil to complete any work in the future.

Great service
Instantheat Ltd were wonderful. Everything was done neatly and on time. They cleaned up every time before they left and were approachable and friendly. They answered all our questions and we love the finished result. Thank you to the team.
Phil and his team replaced a gas water heater. Sourced it, replaced it and even organised the guarantee for us. Even organised somebody to collect and dispose of the old one. Phil went above and beyond to ensure everything was just as it should be. I would certainly use him again.

Phil and his team were extremely polite and punctual. They even changed their schedule to accommodate us. I could not recommend them enough
Phil and his team replaced a broken gas water heater with a new more up to date model. I understand that he usually does much larger jobs but he came and very patiently explained our options. He sourced a new model, fitted it, cleanly and quickly.
Phil and his team did an absolutely fantastic job of knocking the bathroom and toilet into one, creating a wet room style shower, with bath, wall hung toilet and floating sink. From initial discussions to see what was possible, Phil was really helpfully in making suggestions, solving problems without any fuss and carrying out all the work in such a tidy manner. The team worked on time and on budget, completing the redesign in just under two weeks and to the highest standard. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company.
After calling them at 9am and engineer was with us within the hour, they fixed our leaking boiler quickly and with no mess. The problem a faulty part was reported to the manufacturer. The engineer was polite and timely. And great communication all round. Fab service and we no longer have a soaking wet floor from the leak.

I had my boiler replaced by Instantheat after it sprung a yet another leak, I only wish I’d used them earlier, I have used several other plumbing contractors, these guys are a professional outfit. Fast communication and they attended the job promptly to make an initial assessment, they was able to show me exactly where the problem was rooted and give a breakdown of repair costs (which were reasonable), it made more sense to get a new boiler sourced, fitted and guaranteed by Instantheat. They even provided a temp fix till the new boiler was fitted a couple of days later 10/10 service

Instantheat fitted my new boiler a few months ago and I had no hesitation contacting them again when I had a radiator leak. I decided to have a few old TVR's changed at the same time. Tom noticed a radiator had come away from the wall and rehung it. The team were professional, courteous and sociable. Thanks guys.
I had a radiator leak and as Instantheat had previously installed a new boiler for me I called them out to do extra work. New TVR's were installed on a number of older rads. A problem with a towel rail was resolved and a further radiator rehung. The team were very courteous and carried out the work in a professional manner.
