A busy company so tieing down a date was tricky but, having used them before, knew they are honest and good at problem solving. They sorted out pump pressure and noise in the heating system with a power flush and removal/clean of header tank. I wondered if the boiler was due for replacement and was told it wasn't necessary as existing was perfectly good. On the day they were ontime, polite, professional and very thorough. No doubt, I will be using them again.

Please do not use Gherhan for any heat source repair. From my experience he has no clue. Our Air source heat pump broke down after he serviced it. He came and did an investigation which lasted minutes. His conclusion was a component required replacing. Charged us £900 for the job. The day he did the job he left and the system was still not working. He promised to come back and never did. After giving him ample time to arrange to come back and not hearing. When we spoke to him we got “I did the job so never have you another thought!” Tried to reach a compromise. Which he blanked. Do not trust

Gherhan has done the plumbing on my Mum's house and for one of our neighbours for oh at least 10 years I'd say, and we are always delighted to see him. His work is excellent. He is great with my Mum, always taking the time to see how she is doing. He fitted a new boiler many years ago and keeps it well serviced and the paperwork in order. He also responds fast to any emergencies we've had, and gets things fixed quickly, explaining the problem and solution well. Couldn't be happier, highly recommended.
