"The IHG engineer, Gerri Burgess, did a superb job. He took out the old boiler, large water tank, hot water cylinder and redundant water piping in 2 cupboards and removed all waste quickly and efficiently. He increased gas pressure by replacing gas piping from the meter outside into.the house under the floorboards to reach the kitchen, removing and replacing carpet and heavy furniture with infinite care and patience. He then completed the installation of the new boiler. Gerri was experienced, committed, pleasant, thoughtful and a problem-solver who explained everything. He did a superb job."
