He removed the old shower and wall, took out the flooring, took out bathroom suite, replaced the joists and floorboard, mended the leaking pipes, fixed the loo, replaced a tap, re-tiled the walls and installed new edging, put everything back, cleaned the bathroom, and cleared away rubbish. It was a turbulent week and he worked everything around so that he could attend quickly and left me every afternoon with full access to everything, cleaned up after himself and was communicative and respectful at all times"
