Ion was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive communication. He diagnosed the problem with our double doors on arrival and set expectations. He was tidy and mindful of our nervous kittens. He sent the invoice promptly after finishing the job (and no surprises as he kept to his quote).
