IQS Ltd have provided us with a comprehensive portfolio of services that have included construction cost planning, architectural drawing and local planning support services. Also building regulations advise and management and a full H&S risk assessment and support policy. IQS have taken ownership of the full project management of the development including subcontractors. We are delighted with their friendly and professional support and importantly the maintaining of all costs within the budget."
