Gianluca did some work for us rebuilding part of our outside wall which had collapsed. He arrived on time and was pleasant. Around two months after he had completed the work, the part of the wall he had built collapsed again. I contacted him to tell what had happened, asking to have a discussion about how to resolve the issue. Whilst he acknowledged that message, he has subsequently failed to respond to any further messages about it or come to inspect the work and sort it out. I would therefore not recommend Gianluca.

Gianluca is a friendly and capable bricklayer who is clearly committed to growing his business and building a good reputation. He was punctual, enthusiastic, and worked hard throughout the job. He showed a strong focus on customer satisfaction and was very willing to address any concerns or snags without hesitation. While most of the work was carried out to a good standard, one of the brick walls ended up a course shorter than the other, which was a noticeable oversight. That said, Gianluca’s positive attitude and willingness to improve suggest he’ll continue to grow as a tradesperson.

Gianluca is nice guy and a competent bricklayer who is ardently trying to build up his business, experience and reputation. He is eager to please. He turns up for work bright and early and pressed on with the work. He is customer focused and completely willing to address any issues without complaint. I will be back in touch if I need anything else done.
