"Jake carried out the removal and replacement of our entire staircase in our Victorian house near Bath. He was extremely patient with us while we worked out what we wanted, and was happy to use specific products we'd found and work them into his plans. The work was done to an exceptionally high standard, with all decision points being communicated clearly. Where problems came up - he provided solutions and was happy to keep tweaking and changing things we added to the list as went until we were happy. House left spotless every day. Very happy and will go back to Jake for any carpentry in future"
