It involved the evaluation and repair of a significant damp problem below the floor and in the walls, replacing joists, etc. Ross was extremely thorough and patient with his explanations and accurate with the estimate. His crew was extremely efficient and they all went the extra mile when my builders didn't complete the prep work they were supposed to do, so Ross's guys worked extra long hours and over a weekend to complete the work on time. On time, on budget. Super nice to deal with.”
