He was very experienced and always able to work through all the problems the house threw at him. He decorated the front room, dining room, stairs and landing, which included some high ceilings and awkward spots but he always thought it through in advance and just got on with it all. He also built a stair/banister from scratch. His work was meticulous and professional, he was always prompt, friendly and likeable - we would use him again with confidence"
