Very professional, Knowledgeable, helpful, good value service

J & M Electrical installed a Dimplex storage heater for us recently. We were so impressed with them from initial contact to completion of the work. We knew very little about storage heaters and Mark gave us great advice on the best model for our size of room. He seemed to know everything there was to know about Quantum storage heaters! Once we had made our decision, Mark gave us a very competitive quote the next day and fitted us in very quickly. At installation Mark and Ben were very organised, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and they didn't complain about having to come up 5 flights of stairs with the heavy bricks, etc! Once the heater was fitted, Mark spent time explaining all the settings, etc and suggested which programme would be best for us which was very helpful. The work was finished to a high standard and the room left tidy. The same day Mark emailed us all the information we would need to register our new heater for an extended guarantee, including a very useful link to Dimplex! We would have no hesitation in recommending their services to others and we will definitely use them again for any electrical work in the future.

A brilliant and very friendly service!

J & M Electrical recently completed a desperately needed full house rewire for myself and my husband on our recently purchased 134 year old property. From our first meeting Mark has shown the utmost knowledge and professionalism during the process, with very fair pricing too. As first time homeowners we are particularly grateful to have had J & M Electrical recommended to us by someone we know and were very pleased that Mark could alleviate our anticipation about the first big home improvement task we would be about to undertake. He listened to and advised very well on what we wanted, and was very flexible to change a few things which we had requested at short notice. Whilst moving out during the time of the work being done (which was our choice) Mark ensured we were fully informed on what was happening on a daily basis, communicating with updates and photos which we were delighted to receive. Our work was finished on time to a very high standard which other tradesmen we've had round since have even taken the time to notice and compliment. He also left our house very tidy and presentable, which is something which can be rare to find with tradespeople these days! We would not hesitate to recommend J & M Electrical for any electrical jobs you might need and we will be sure to call on his services again in the future.

Arrived at the agreed time and I received the quote the following day. Extremely polite, tidy and cleaned up after themselves. The work was completed to a high standard and was emailed the certificate the next working day. I would recommend them and would use them again

Great experience

I contacted J&M electrical as I needed the consumer unit to be relocated as it was restricting access to the electricity meter, preventing the installation of a smart meter. Ben and Mark were very friendly and helpful right from the beginning, responding swiftly to my initial enquiry and then quickly arranging a site visit and preparing a quote promptly. On the day of the work, they arrived promptly on time and did a great job of moving the consumer unit to a much better location and completed the work swiftly, professionally and very tidily. Overall, I had a great experience using J&M Electrical and would be very happy to use them again and would happily recommend them to anyone else.

Excellent, friendly and good value service

Mark and Ben did an excellent job of replacing my light fittings and installing a complicated set of Lightwave smart switches - more complicated than any of us expected! They persevered and got everything working perfectly and were friendly and good humoured throughout. Despite the extra time they stuck to the quoted price, which was already very good value compared to previous electricians I have used. I will certainly use them for any future electrical work, and have no hesitation in recommending them.

J&M Electrical carried out a full house re-wire for us in August 2022. We found Mark and Ben to be friendly and very professional. The quality of their work is very good and they were punctual and respectful of the house- especially as we were living in the house during the re-wire! Mark and Ben's work was tidy and due to their wide experience and knowledge they were able to find the best ways to complete the work both on time and budget and also with the minimum of fuss and disruption. The quote from J&M Electrical West London Ltd was competitive (in fact I think they did a bit of extra work without charge!). We would recommend J&M Electrical without hesitation if you require any house re-wiring!

Storage Heaters Upgrade

J&M Electrical supplied and installed 5 Dimplex Quantum storage heaters. While visiting for the quote they thoroughly explained what work was required and were happy to answer any questions. I couldn't be more satisfied with the installation and how tidy they left my flat at the end of each day. At the end of the installation, they stayed with me until I fully understood the programming. I plan on using them again.

Superb service

I had both my Dimplex storage heaters replaced, and from initial contact through to the installation visit, Mark has been so helpful. He answered all my queries efficiently, gave a accurate quotation and kept me informed of the whole process regularly. At installation, both Mark and Ben were so organised, knowledgable about the products, and respectful of my property. Nothing was too much trouble - they happily carried all the heavy bricks up and down two flights of stairs! Mark demonstrated how to use the heaters before leaving site and I received the follow up information/link needed to activate Dimplex’s warranty from Mark the very same day. I was so impressed by the professionalism of the company overall and would happily recommend them to others - I also asked for a quote for a future project as they were so trustworthy.

Mark and Ben replaced an old storage heater with a Dimplex Quantum range heater. From initial contact through to completion of the work they were thoroughly professional and efficient in every respect. I received helpful advice on the initial choice of heater, the actual installation was carried out with the minimum of fuss, and Mark explained the workings of the new heater very clearly. The work which was done to the agreed schedule and budget, and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

Reliable and efficient service.

We had J & M Electrical West London around to install a Dimplex Quantum Range storage heater, as our old one packed in on Christmas Eve, leaving us with minimal heating. Contacted the guys, as they were local to us, and received an immediate response to our enquiry, to which a date and fee was agreed. Excellent friendly and professional service and would highly recommend.

Fantastic job

J&M Electrical West London completed a partial rewire for us. We could not be happier with the work that Mark and Ben carried out. They gave us advice and installed energy-saving lighting. Parts of our house to rewire was not straight forward but with their extensive knowledge and skill all has been completed to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them. They are tidy and hard working giving advice and alternatives if needed.
